Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Returns
For food-safety reasons, opened food or beverage products cannot be returned. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before sending any return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send returns without authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect
