Blend: Made with Organic Pickling Spice Blend, combined with red chili peppers, black cardamom (tsaoko), star anise, and cinnamon.

Organic Pickling Spice Blend ingredients: Organic dill seed, organic yellow mustard seed, organic coriander seed, organic bay leaf, organic cinnamon, organic chili flakes, organic allspice, organic ginger, organic black pepper, and organic cloves.

How to use: Add meat and water to a pot. Place one 30 g spice packet into one of the included cooking spice bags, tie securely, and add to the pot. Simmer until the meat is cooked through and tender. Remove the spice bag before serving.

Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry place.
